How The Little Candy Cake Was Born
For the past 22 years my career has been in the world of fashion as a celebrity stylist. Although I loved my career I often found myself looking to do something new and challenging. Ten years ago I taught myself how to make wedding cakes. Being excited about my new hobby, I made huge wedding cakes for friends as birthday gifts. Not only was this new hobby expensive as well as time consuming, my cakes were too big and mostly went to waste. I thought it may be time for me to come up with a new hobby.
I found myself so in love with the wedding cakes and was not ready to give up making them. I decided to change the size and ingredients and started making them out of chocolate. That is how The Little Candy Cake was born!
